Hi . Ihave got to level 3 VIP (6% discount on games). I previously should have had 4% VIP level 2. I was wondering where my discount is on the hundreds of games and DLC I have purchased over the years. My bank and Paypal statements show exact price
of purchase without discount. Please could you explain. Thank you. Christian.

Yeah I have like 4 days played in BF4 and like 4 days played on Ghosts, so TF will be welcomed.

 

The percentage is a rebate, not a discount. So you will pay whatever the price is in the store. Then after the month ends, the program adds all of your purchases from the month together and gives you that percentage back as rewards credits. On the MyRewards
section of the site, you can view your statement which will show your rebates. They would be listed for the last date of the month they are for.

 

Thanks for quick reply. The only thing i see is total spend (so much per £0.80 spent) at random dates . Would that be it?

 

It should say something along the lines VIP Star Level on the listing.

 

Statement says total spend 1 gem per £0.80. gamerscore increases. surveys and 1 or 2 challenges. nothing else.

Hi Squeezefan. It looks like you got to Star Level 3 this month so you'll see the 6% back in the next statement. You can view you past payback Rewards Credits in your MyStatement on your MyRewards page. Since they have already been
deposited to your Microsoft account, you'll need to change the filter in the "View Statement" to reflect your past Lifetime Rewards Earned. You will be able to see your MyVIP Credits there.
