Being it has only been three days since you opened this thread if Microsoft is investigating it takes time sometimes. Have you got a case open with support? If so keep replying to the emails to keep the case active. When they find out something they will
email you usually.

Personally, I have had investigation go on for about a month. Not saying this one will but they do take time sometimes.

Unfortunately most of these promotions are only available for new subscribers. Since you currently have an active subscription you would no longer be eligible for the promotion. Check that email. I am sure if you look at the the fine print at the bottom
(it may not even be noticeable) you will discover the terms and conditions of the offer.

If I turn off recurring billing I only have the one month option from the Microsoft store link on my pc. If I have recurring billing on it says 14 day free trial.

Thanks for your post. When did you originally receive the email? Are there any indicators of a promotion window on the email you received? Once the promotional period has ended, there would be no way to recover that price.

Thanks for the reply with the update. When you go to game pass where it shows the one month. There will be an arrow to the right click that and see if 6 months shows and for the 29 USD ( price may differ if in different region). I was able to verify that
it still shows on mine also as does the 1 month for 9.99.
