But I have not got my code yet.So can you send my code to my email?

Since you are still unable to receive the codes, we recommend that you contact our
Xbox Chat Support
so they can validate your account and check if the codes were successfully sent.

Sorry for late reply, I use Xbox Console Companion App, my win10 have update 1909 patch. No error code, just show "fail to sig in Xbox Live profile". I have no idea if I able to play other games, cause I purchased Gear 5 on STEAM, not Microsoft store,
Gear 5 is not available in Chinese region, I have to bought it on STEAM.

able to play any other games, or is every game having this issue? We recommend making sure that
