    I was told by customer support to create a thread here since I have not received my Dark Souls code

    Sincere apologies for the delay! The Dark Souls codes you get for pre-ordering Dark Souls III on Xbox One have not sent out yet. Since codes have not gone out yet, please make a new post if you don't receive your Dark Souls for Xbox 360 code by the end of
    Friday, Mar. 4th.

    Keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hours for a response from us, so there's no need to bump your thread. 5th post.. No real response... Still no dark souls code :)

    Way past 10 days and still no dark souls 1 code. I preordered dark souls 3 deluxe edition. Please Help
