    5th home Xbox switch not usable


    Hi so I was inlisted in the early access to the xbox one update program and at the time I waa game sharing with my best friend but I was noticing some problems so I unenrolled from the Xbox insider program and when I did it "quick factory reset my xbox"
    and I didn't think anything of it intil today when I bought gta and my friend was going to download it but when my xbox reset it canceled the game share so I just told him to go through the process but when he tried it said that I was out off home xbox switches
    but I had only uses 4 out of the five is there a way to get my 5th one back

    How do I unban an Xbox one console from the Xbox network

    I got banned for no reason out of nowhere on my console. It is basically un-usable. Might have to switch to PlayStation.

    Why didn't the password on the account get changed instead of this fighting over the account thing. You get 5 switches for the home console per year and then you have to wait for the first switch to timeout at the 365 day mark.
