50K upgrade reward?

    50K upgrade reward?


    I upgraded to a new Xbox One S 11/25/16 and still have my original Xbox One. I was under the impression that I'd receive the upgrade offer of 50,000 rewards points for this transaction but I haven't seen that happen. Is there something I'm supposed to do
    to complete this? I do see a 34,100 deposit but not sure what this is??

    Upgraded to S with 50k Rewards offer, only 30k Rewards Posted

    I ordered a new Xbox One S during Black Friday (Order #9870176178) to take advantage of the 50k Rewards upgrade offer shown on the MS Store page. 30k points were just posted to my account. Please correct this and post the full 50k Rewards.

    Hope this may help,

    I received the offer of 50k points for upgrading to an Xbox one s console and had not received the 50k points.

    After re-reading the FAQ and terms links: Xbox Live Rewards

    The one thing I missed in the "how to receive offer" section was you need to log into the console during the promotion period in order to receive the 50k points.

    I was not planning on opening the box or setting up the console because it was going to be a Christmas gift.

    I went ahead and set up the console then repackaged it.

    About 10 business days later the 50k points showed up in my account.

    Not sure if this was what I was missing or if I needed to wait longer.

    What I was trying to find out is how to get the 50k points converted when I saw others having the same issue about not getting the 50k points.

    Only select members were chosen for the 50,000 Credit offers. Since you were not selected for those offers, you received the default value of 30,000 Credits. If you had been selected for a 50,000 Credit offer, your mission page for that offer would have
    displayed a code for free expedited shipping.

    I recently upgraded to XB1 per the upgrade Mission, but still haven't received my 50k reward points.

    Ah right, well I also saw the one about upgrading worth 30k reward points. I thought that was for current XB1 owners upgrading to XB1-S and the other that I mentioned worth 50k for 360 owners upgrading to a brand new XB1/XB1-S.

    Not exactly their finest hour in clarity. Still I expect some points coming my way as the offer was the only reason I chose to upgrade and buy it direct from Microsoft - even if its the lower 30k amount.

    Thanks for the heads up though.
