50k reword credits for upgrading

I ordered the 2TB Gears of Ward edition Xbox One S and received it on the 6th October. I used the 50k reword credits link in my email that took me to the MicrosoftStore.com to upgrade from
my Xbox 360 to the new Xbox one S. How long should it take for me to get it credited in my rewards balance, as I still have not get it yet?

Thanks in advance for any help I can get.

i was expecting a deposit of my 15000 credits yesterday

I used my VIP gems to get 15000 reword credits i did it a week ago and was expecting it to be deposited yesterday but it didn't the reword program is ending soon and i realy want my credits before it dose can i get some help

Keep in mind it takes 96 hours before the information would reflect on the reward website.

Otherwise, the staff will review your account and reply to you here. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work on weekends.

How will I know I’m a winner, and when will I get my prize?

If the roulette ball stops on the color you placed your bet on and the game tells you that you have won a prize, you'll receive notification via email.

Digital prizes will be emailed to the email you provided during registration. If you’ve won a physical prize, your prize will be shipped to the address provided during registration. All prizes should arrive within eight to ten weeks of the date the contest
concludes.

If you win 50,000 Rewards Credits (ARV: $50), they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

Since it is not within 96 hours of the offer end date, it is too early to see those Credits.

Only select members were chosen for the 50,000 Credit offers. Since you were not selected for those offers, you received the default value of 30,000 Credits. If you had been selected for a 50,000 Credit offer, your mission page for that offer would have
displayed a code for free expedited shipping.
