50K points ??? I just bought the Gears 2TB edition 3 weeks ago...very sad.

I can't believe it. I ordered the 2TB Gears of Ward edition Xbox One S and received it on the 11th. And now 18 days later, you reward those that waited?

Not a good move, Xbox. Now I am sad. I could use those points to buy my G/F a puppy, or save the world or unlock dozens of Horde Expansion packs... sigh.

Would like to talk to someone about the gow 4 ultimate edition xbox 1s bundle

i bought the gears of war 4 xbox 1 s ultimate edition 2tb bundle about a month ago and i have yet to get the first 3 gears of war games and i would like to know why and get those games

I bought a 2tb Xbox one S gears of war edition 2 weeks ago and it came with a digital copy of the Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition and after I redeemed the code it told me that the remaining 4 gears of war games would be sent to me in a message or email,
but it's been 2 weeks and nothing has come through yet. Both Xbox and Microsoft emails come through in my inbox and there's nothing in the spam/junk section. I contacted customer support and they sent me here.

 

So do I ! I ordered the same (red) Xbox One S on Microsoft Store and received it on the 10th...

Support asked me to wait until tuesday... 2 days ago...

 

Same Problem, but different Xbox one S (500GB + Battelfield 1)

I ordered the Xbox one S over the Microsoftstore with free express delivery 2 weeks ago. I received the Box a few days later, but i still waiting for the 50.000 points.

 

So it seems this is very common. I also have made a purchase for the exact reason from Microsoft. I had a ton of options during black Friday but decided to buy through Microsoft for the points. Did anyone in this post ever receive their points? Please lmk
asap. I'm still waiting on mine.

 

I'm also waiting! Bought mine from the Microsoft Store on Nov 23rd and received Nov 26th. No points yet...

I bought my BF XB One S© from a store so I guess I don't get the points.?! I all ready had a One© but I broke it and the controller. So two controllers later a copy of BF One and a new One SE© means that I get to start from scratch because I never signed
up for the program when I had gold for the xbox 360 like a million years ago. Bummer, 1000% brand loyalty and no kick backs. I guess thats why they had out points and offer a free month of gold to collect your credit card information. How do I play with PCers?

I'm waiting as well. It says it would deposit within 14 days of shipping.. I still haven't gotten my reward points. This system is so broke.

Are the points showing pending on your account or not at all?

I have them pending but the button for requesting an early deposit is gone as well as the next deposit date!

i have no points pending and did my purchase via chat on Thanksgiving day because the promo wasn't giving me expedited shipping. Chat assured me all was well and rewards would show after purchase....this is disappointing.

 

Same problem here. Ordered on the 24th. Points showed up briefly in my account, then disappeared. Since then, I can no longer redeem points either, all orders are cancelled. i spent over an hour on chat with Xbox support, and they were no help at all.

 

Same here. I ordered on 12/21, already received the console, but have not received my points. They do not show up in a pending state either.

 

Ordered in November and still nothing received ...
