    50000 Rewards Point... Xbox One S


    I didn't receive the 50000 rewards points for Buying the Xbox One S.

    The console is my Home Console. I bought it in the Microsoft Store an got the FREE expedited shipping. I already asked this Question couple of weeks ago. You told me to wait some more time.... But still nothing shows up on my "MyRewards"
    section.

    Points rewarded in the 15-30th of the month will be deposited on the 15th of the next month. So, your points should be deposited on December 15th! This information can be found in the FAQ section of the Rewards website.

    Actually to clarify the 50000 points were from the Xbox one S offer not the "my vip star rank". And I don't believe the "billing cycle" rule applys to the "my missions" rewards points.

    Hi shooter. The free game is from the Microsoft Store, so you'll need to reach out to them if you don't receive it. The 50,000 Credits will be awarded 15 days after shipping. Since your purchase was made on the 15th, it will be about another week and a half.

    The link just takes you to microsoftstore.com. It is not specific to the promo. The email you use is what ties the purchase to your Rewards account.
