50000 potins reward offer

If you are eligible for the offer (you either received it via email or it shows on the Missions page of the Rewards site when you sign in) you will receive the 50,000 credits. The credits should show as pending 15 days after the console shipped.

The Xbox Rewards program has never had any offers for purchasing or upgrading to a One X.

If you go on to the Microsoft Rewards App itself it says 'Upgrade to the Xbox One X for 50000 points'

Points rewarded in the 15-30th of the month will be deposited on the 15th of the next month. So, your points should be deposited on December 15th! This information can be found in the FAQ section of the Rewards website.

Actually to clarify the 50000 points were from the Xbox one S offer not the "my vip star rank". And I don't believe the "billing cycle" rule applys to the "my missions" rewards points.

We see that you were selected for the Xbox 360 to Xbox One upgrade offer for Gold Members. If you purchased a console within the offer period described on the MyMissions page, you should expect the Credits to appear as pending within 15 days of your shipping
date. Keep in mind this offer is only for purchases made from MicrosoftStore.com.

The terms and conditions (pretty well hidden; took my a while to look them up when I was checking this for myself) stated that the 50,000 credits only apply when upgrading to an Xbox One S from an Xbox 360. Dunno if this is your situation, but I hope it
helps.
