500-point punchcard not working

It seems to me that the system has issues with Xbox 360 titles like Dead Space 3 in that it won't detect achievements triggering. i have found that out quite often on the Top 10 Punch Cards most notably..almost always I have to download another of the Top 10 as the XBox 360 title won't work

I have completed a new achievement in GOW5 but it is not activating on the Punchcard. How do I resolve this???

Also, this keeps happening with the Punchcard quite a lot.

Same thing is happening to me here. I have already concluded all requests. Just waiting for my 500 points.

So today there is a Gears 5 Punchcard and i activated it, i watched the trailer and got 3 achievements but the achievements didn’t work for the 500 points, i tried hard reset my xbox one and it still didn’t work, does anybody have the same issue and knows
how to fix it?

Apparently it requires a “new achievement” but even that didnt finish the puchcard for me.

I'm not sure if there is currently an offer to receive points for that purchase, but you would need to check the Microsoft Rewards app on the console. Usually if there is an offer to receive points for a specific game, it's part of a punchcard and you have to activate the punchcard before the purchase to get the points.
