500 gems perk Redeemed for 10,000 microsoft rewards and have not recieved them

Reward Status 03/17/2018 10,000 Rewards Credits-500 MyVIP Gems Redeemed? Haven't received my 10,000 Reward Credits yet it's been 5 days? Spike with agent and virtual agent no one could fix this 3 days ago they were pending to my account then said redeemed

Missing Rewards Credits

On 5/5 I redeemed 500 gems for 10,000 rewards credits. Still not seeing this.

Xbox Rewards MyVIP Vault Redemptions not Received

Hello, I've recently redeemed several items from the Xbox Rewards MyVIP Vault and have not received any of these items. I've redeemed 2x of the 5,000 Rewards Credits for 250 gems each and 2x of the 10,000 Rewards Credits for 500 gems each. My email address
for Microsoft Rewards and Xbox Rewards and my Gamertag are all the same. I reached out to the Microsoft Rewards team. They were unable to help and asked that I talk with Xbox support instead.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So they would be scheduled to deposit with the mid-April deposit.

From the Microsoft Rewards Migration FAQ: "any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one
Microsoft Rewards point".

If one gem equals one Microsoft Rewards point , and I have 500 Microsoft Points, that's roughly about 50 cents worth, because a $5 gift card is about 5,000 points.

Whereas if I were to redeem them through Xbox Live Rewards, 500 gems would get me 10,000 Rewards credits - if only such a thing were not "out of stock" - how does that work exactly except that Microsoft chooses for it be out of stock, so they force me to either
put up with giving me a tenth of the value or having to buy something useless like Overwatch wallpaper?

What will happen to my Xbox Live Rewards MyVIP Gems, MyVIP Perks, and MyVIP Vault?

You’ll have until May 31, 2018 to earn MyVIP Gems and unlock any new MyVIP Perks. You’ll then have until June 15, 2018 to claim any open MyVIP Perks and to redeem any unused MyVIP Gems in your Xbox Live Rewards account for prizes from the MyVIP Vault. After
this date any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point.

Your 556 Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards Points when you are fully transitioned into Microsoft Rewards.

I would just like to know if the vault will be updated again so people ca use their Gems as oppose to having them transfer.
