$ 50 received code wrong. Brand already used

So I figure i would try it, and it worked!!! I did just what lord dirt said and got all my codes, the only bad part was that my alex brand code had already been used They said,"Our escalations department will generate a new code and you will receive the
email with the code within 3-5 business days". Better than nothing i guess, but worked for my, i just wonder who used my alex brand code???

Which error did you receive when you tried to redeem? That information will help us a bunch. Error codes will look similar to 0x00000000 or XBOS-0000.

The message I receive when I try to redeem the code is this:

Either someone redeemed my code for their own account or the mod (Mister Cizl) provided me with the wrong code.

Codes are one-time use only so the previous owner probably already used it. You would need to purchase the game new to get a brand new code.

Mine installs to 50% then says error code 0x87e00064. It says the game might be damaged or broken, but this is my 2nd copy brand new

I got the codes now but the gears of war 2 won't work for me it says it has been used already, any ideas?

20 days late I finally received all the codes. As expected the battle is not over as they ALL don't work. What the **** is wrong with this picture.
