    I purchased an Xbox one madden bundle and it stated on the website that I would receive a $50 gift card along with my purchase. I bought the console on September 17th, 2014 and I still have not received the gift card.

    I'm trying to buy Battlefield 4 Premium with money I just buy $50 Microsoft gift card and redeem into my account (At the moment
    "US - Personal Account • You have $61.00 USD" . However,
    When I'm purchase content in console I get a message saying "Sorry, we couldn't get authorization for this.Use a diffrent or new way to pay..."

    You would need to contact support for wherever you purchased the bundle. If you purchased it from the Microsoft Store, they usually email the codes within 10 days of the purchase.

    It's actually been over 10 days since I ordered the xbox from the Microsoft store. And The xbox representative told me to post on this forum for help on the issue.

    You can apply both gift cards to your account and they will combine as 1 Microsoft account credit. For example if you wanted to buy a game worth $100 but you had 2x $50 gift cards, you can apply both of the $50 gift cards and then purchase the game (as they will combine both gift cards into a single $100 account credit)

    To apply gift cards to your account use this link: https://redeem.microsoft.com/

    Alternatively, you can also apply gift cards to your account by opening up the Microsoft store app > Hovering over the menu > then select “redeem”.
