    Nothing really gaming related, I buy my own gaming stuff. I got a $50 gamestop giftcard that I'll probably use on Bioshock Infinite.

    Hi,

    I do not remember seeing this promotion anywhere so I would recommend speaking with the retailer you purchased from as I assume it's what they were advertising.

    After looking a little more, it seems this was a promotion advertised on the 360 dashboard and it wasn't exclusive to any particular retailer.

    From what Misses Quinzel posted in the other thread, you must have selected the promotion through the Xbox 360 dashboard to register for the promotion and you must have set your Xbox One to your "Home Console" by October the 10th to qualify.

    I would also suggest sending her a PM regarding the issue. Follow the link above and find a post by her, you should se the "Private Message" button.

    I have PM her just waiting on a reply. Me and 3 of my friends all got the same xbox one deal at the same time but I was the only one not to receive the £50. What does the setting the xbox to home console mean?

    Ok, it could be a few days before you get a reply due to the volume of messages they receive but they will get back to you.

    I would be surprised if it isn't already set to the Home Console but you can check by going to,

    Settings > My Xbox > My Home Xbox

    If it is the Home Xbox, it should say "This is your home Xbox, so people can play your downloaded games without having to sign in as you"

    What type of card is it and does it support online transactions ?

    Sometimes has to be enabled.

    If it's a prepaid visa giftcard well roll a dice and pick another one

    ,you have to register billing info and allow online transactions ontop of that it's a 50/50 chance prepaid cards aren't made for gaming

    That I got two 25 dollar giftcard so that equals 50 and I redeem them a couple days ago and I was about to buy a game that costed about 8.49 and also I check my balance I look very closely that it was not in their. But I check my orde history I see I did redeem the giftcard but it doesn't show in my payment area.
