50,650 points from August 2015 still awaiting

Hello,

I have 50,650 reward points waiting to be deposited since August 2015 and despite my account being correct and up to date, I have still had no deposit or real answer to why I haven't received it yet.

I have posted on the forums multiple times and Twitter and this is where they have sent me now.

As I said it states my account needs updating but there is nothing wrong, all my details are correct. I used to receive regular monthly deposit before August 15, I am not sure what changed.

I like the reward program but this hasn't encourage me to try and complete anymore punch cards etc. as I'm not sure they will ever get the benefits anymore

Please can this be looked into? It's been a while asking that same question

Forza 6 Dom's Furious 7 Charger

Ok so here's my situation. I purchased Furious 7 (Unrated) from the Xbox store on August 28, 2015, but I only just now purchased Forza Motorsport 6 Ultimate Edition on November 8, 2015. Would I still be eligible for the Charger download promotion? Any help
would be great. Thanks.

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear,
this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt to update your information is a generic deposit error message. Your specific error message can be found at the bottom of the MyRewards page. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Till 2015 you could have posted for clarifications in the xbox forums. Only from August 2015 there is the possibility to file for a case review from the xbox enforcement site, yet since your suspension marks over 12 months (the period within which you can
file for a case review) this is not possible anymore.

At this point there is nothing you can do since there is no possibility for license transfer from a suspended account.

One more thing I would like to point out: On the Xbox Enforcement website there is listed an offense from 1/2/2016. From August 2015 to mid January (14th) I was out of the country so there was no way I could have committed an infringement. I ask that you
please understand.
