    Hello Guys,

    I recently purchased a xbox one s console bundle that includes a 50,000 rewards points offer and I have not received the points yet. I activated the xbox one s on my gamertag and no points so far.

    I spoke with Noelle-An S. from xbox support and they suggested that I create a post here. My Reference number is 1364405283.

    Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.





    We see that your order is currently being processed, and should award Credits shortly.

    While it's not instantly, Bing Rewards offers MS Points as a Bing Rewards points option. 125 Bing Rewards points for 100 MS points, 500 Bing Rewards points for 400 MS points, though the Bing Rewards "cost" goes down as you collect more Bing Rewards points.

    The 6,000 points is a Microsoft Rewards program offer, not an Xbox Rewards program offer. For assistance with the Microsoft Rewards program you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. Per the terms of that offer, preorders
    are not eligible.

    There were no Xbox Rewards offers to receive 6,000 credits for Destiny 2. That was an offer from the Microsoft Rewards program. Preorders did not count towards that offer.
    Ok then, where are my Rewards points? I'm a member of both.
