50,000 Xbox Rewards Points w/ The Purchase of an Xbox One S Bundle

***For some odd reason I had posted about this before and now my post has been removed from the forums. I will not cease in pursuing this to be handled because I was told this is the only place where my concerns would be heard. Since phone customer support
told me there is nothing they can do. :-( ***

I purchased a Xbox One S Bundle from the Microsoft Store on 12/14. It was a qualifying bundle for an email I received titled, "The season of earning is upon us, [Gamertag]!" In this email it has section that states I will score 50,000 Rewards Credits when
I buy an Xbox One S from Microsoftstore.com, I click on the link and it is valid between October 29th - December 31, 2016. My purchase qualifies for this 50,000 Rewards Credits. I already received the console and the free game that the promotion said was included.
However, I do not see my 50,000 Rewards Credits pending in my Xbox Live Account. This needs to be rectified as soon as possible because I met every single requirement and I have:

*Proof Of Email

*Screenshot of the Offer [In case I don't get a response by December 31, 2016 and it becomes a dead link]

*Proof Of Purchase [Physically and Order Receipt from the Microsoftstore.com]

...and anything else that you may need as proof.

Please do not remove post and brush this off this needs to be addressed.

50,000 reward points for purchasing a Xbox One S from the Microsoft Store has not been applied

Hi, the promotion page seen here - Xbox Live Rewards

says that with a purchase of an Xbox One S from the Microsoft Store rewards you with 50,000 reward points. I made my purchase today and was wondering when the points will be applied to my account?

Console - Xbox One S FIFA 17 Special Edition Bundle (Grey - 500GB)

when will i get 50,000 reward credits

I bought the Gears of war 4 s bundle on Nov. 16th and I haven't received the 50,000 credits yet. I received the Xbox one s bundle and free game on Nov. 21st but no 50,000 reward credits. On Xbox live rewards when you go to mymissions it says you'll get
50,000 reward credits, free game and expedited shipping when you buy an Xbox one s on Microsoftstore.com. I did that, would like to know if I'll get the 50,000 reward credits or if I wasted a lot of money for an Xbox one s when I have an Xbox one.
