Discus and support 50,000 rewards points pending for weeks in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have been waiting for these points to go into my account but they havent yet, I want to buy resident evil 7 but cant until those points hit....     Missing 50,000 Rewards

    Purchased the Microsoft Bundle about 2 weeks ago. Upgrading to the XB1 S for the first time and was promised 50,000 Xbox Live rewards when upgrading. The 15 day deadline is approaching, and no points are pending. I'd appreciate my points without more hassles
    and wasted time.

    Hello doggie504,

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. Since your Credit event happened on the 3rd, it will be a part of the end of month deposit occurring shortly.

    The 50,000 rewards credits should show as pending 15 days after the console shipped.

    For assistance with the Microsoft Rewards points, you would need to contact their customer support. Their contact is listed on their redemption page.

    That offer is actually for 50,000 Credits. From the FAQ for that offer:





    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.





    Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending.

    The Credits are pending in your account as of yesterday.

    My 50,000 points for purchasing the Xbox One S on 12/21 haven't even showed up as pending!
    Credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped, but they have had some delays. You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum so support can check into it for you.
