    Hi,

    I bought a brand new Xbox One S January 10 2017. On the xbox.com page it says you will receive 50, 000 points for buying a brand new xbox one s.

    My rewards website statement shows no activity regarding this purchase. Can I get an update on what's going on?

    I have my order number and so on.

    That offer ended on December 31, 2016. So since your purchase was made after the offer ended, it would not be eligible.
