    50,000 rewards missing


    Hi,

    I have upgraded to an Xbox one s during the black Friday period and I still haven't seen the 50,000 reward points in my account. Please investigate.

    Shopping at Microsoft store has been fantastic and I wish the teams working hard behind the scene happy holidays

    As it says in our FAQ for that offer:



    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.



    Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending. However, I can confirm that we received this purchase information, and it is currently being processed and should show as pending soon.

    The Credits have been pending in your account since the sixth. They will be deposited during the end of month deposit cycle.

    Credits for that offer should appear as pending 15 business days after shipping. This is due to some processing delay as we receive the purchase information from our MicrosoftStore team. If you do not see the Credits by next Monday, please open a post and
