50,000 reward points/free expedited shipping promo Question.

Hi, I finally upgraded from a 360 to an Xbox one S last night thanks to the Black Friday deals on Microsoft.com, I used the rewards offer that I received several weeks ago offering 50,000 reward credits and free expedited shipping Xbox Live Rewards
when at the checkout I had some problems entering the coupon code provided for the free shipping.

I had to call customer support, the customer support rep was great and helped massively, he had to manually apply the free shipping code as the checkout system was causing problems due to high demand.

He mentioned that I would need to contact the rewards team to make sure the 50,000 credits would be applied as he had no way of seeing this from his end.

So I'm writing to you to find out how I would know if the transaction had gone through correctly and how long should I wait before these credits will show on my balance.

Free expedited shipping code not working......

While browsing the Xbox Rewards missions i noticed a great deal i want to take advantage of. Xbox Rewards will give you 50,000 RC, 2 free games AND Free expedited shipping when you purchase an Xbox One S. when i went to purchase this bundle the promo code
i was given for free expedited shipping wouldn't work. Has anyone else had this issue?

But after entering the promo code nothing happened. I went ahead and made the purchase since it was a black Friday deal and didn't want to miss out and wait for support.

You should see the Credits pending for this offer 15 days after shipment. Since the code is just to waive the shipping fee, there should be no issue with the awarding of Credits. If you do not see the Credits pending at the end of the 15 day period, let
us know, and we can manually check your account to see if there is an issue preventing automatic completion.

The 50,000 credit offer was only sent out to select Rewards members. If you were not a Rewards member, you would not have been sent the offer (that was the only requirement). The promo code itself is only to offset the price of expedited shipping and is
not required for the offer.

If you did sign up for the program and then bought the console, you could still be eligible for the 30,000 rewards credits though.

i have no points pending and did my purchase via chat on Thanksgiving day because the promo wasn't giving me expedited shipping. Chat assured me all was well and rewards would show after purchase....this is disappointing.

In order for support to check into it, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. The 50,000 credit offer is not available to everyone, so you may not have been eligible for that offer and received the default 30,000 credit offer instead.

In order to receive the free shipping, you had to enter the promo code. Not all consoles were eligible for free shipping. If you did enter the code and there was an issue, you would need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com to see if there
is anything they can do about the shipping price.

The 50,000 Rewards Credits offers were only for select members. Since you registered after those members were chosen, you were not selected for this offer. If you had been selected, the offer page would include a code for free expedited shipping, as well
as be visible on your MyMissions page while logged in to the Rewards site.
