50,000 Reward Credits to upgrade to Xbox S not deposited to account

Hello Support Staff,

I took advantage of the Xbox promo to received 50,000 reward credits when upgrading to a Xbox One S (here's the ad: https://click.helloworldmail.com/YesConnect/HtmlMessagePreview?mPPykboTgdcbrP_iFEIGATGIKxFXwpBmc8Ceb5WGiSA=.enc&msgVersion=web).
Yet, they haven't been deposited into my account. I was told by customer support that posting in this forum is the solution to my problem so I hope someone here can help. I meet all the prerequisites. I already owned a standard Xbox One. I ordered within
the appropriate time period (Nov 25th). I upgraded to the Xbox One S (Battlefield 1 bundle). I have plugged in and used my new console. I already have a xbox rewards account (member since 11/10/2012). Lastly, I ordered through the Microsoft store.

After reading the fine print, it says it can take up to 15 days from the shipping date before the credits are deposited and I realize it hasn't been 15 days yet but I'm very concerned that something went wrong. Please let me know the reward is on its way
or make sure my account is credited with the 50,000 reward credits. This promo was a big factor in my purchasing decision and I hope I don’t end up a disappointed customer. Let me know if you need any additional info. Thank you for your help.

You didn't convert my 50,000 Rewards credits into my local currency on December 15, 2016!!!

2016/11/27 - Purchased Xbox One S promising 50,000 Credits

2016/12/06 - Microsoft Store Xbox One S Offer - 50,000 Credits deposited

2016/12/15 - 50,000 Credits were supposed to be deposited into my local currency into my Microsoft account, but they weren't.

HELP! Please deposit my money.

My 50,000 reward credits are not showing up

I purchased an xbox one s under my missions in my xbox rewards account for the current upgrade promo. It has been past 14 days and it does not show 50,000 reward credits pending In my account.

As you reference, those Credits take up to 15 days before they appear. Fortunately, I can confirm that we have received your purchase information, and that our system is currently gearing up to process those orders for Rewarding. Based on that, you should
see the Credits appear in a few days, if not tonight!

For help with Rewards program offers, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum.

Rewards credits are not like Microsoft Rewards points. The credits are deposited directly into your Xbox account as currency.

Thanks, that's mean for 50,000 rewards credits they will be directly deposited as USD $50 to my account? (I'm in the US)

Hi SpecialK. The 50,000 Credits Console Upgrade offer was only available to select members. You qualified for the Upgrade offer, which was for 30,000 Credits. Those have been awarded and have been deposited to your account.

Xbox Live Rewards and Microsoft Rewards are two different programs. Our program (Xbox Live Rewards) is responsible for the Console Upgrade offer for 50,000 Rewards Credits. As Smwutches says, those Credits will be shown as pending 15 days past your shipping
date, as described in our FAQ. Once placed as pending, they will remain as Credits until one of bi-monthly deposit dates, when they will be deposited as usable currency in your Microsoft Account. Unfortunately, we do not overlap with the Microsoft Rewards
program, so I cannot offer a fully informed response with your Microsoft Rewards issue. You would have to reach out to their support team for assistance on that problem.

Hi Jettorix. Since your 30,000 Credits were awarded on December 6th, it did not make the last despot date. You are scheduled to receive a deposit on the 29th. The 50,000 Credits for purchasing an Xbox One S is only available to select members. You were awarded
30,000 Credits for the Upgrade offer.
