    50,000 Reward Credits for Xbox S purchase not deposited to account


    I purchased an Xbox One S console on 11/24, order number 9862870977, yet I'm not yet seeing my points pending on my account. I know it can take up to 15 days, but with only a few days left to go I would like to ensure that my order was received and is being
    processed, or if there is potentially an issue.

    Xbox Live Rewards Credits

    I made a purchase at the Microsoft store last night using an Xbox Live Rewards promotional code for 50,000 reward credits for the purchase of an Xbox One. I did not see the credits nor the code being applied at checkout and the credits have not been deposited
    into my account. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

    For help with Rewards program offers, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum.

    Rewards credits are not like Microsoft Rewards points. The credits are deposited directly into your Xbox account as currency.

    From our FAQ:

    What is the monetary value of Rewards Credits?

    5,000 Rewards Credits are equal to £3.

    Therefore, that 32 pound deposit is your 50,000 Credit deposit. You can see a statement of all Credit and deposit events from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

    We see that your 50,000 Credits were placed as pending on December 6th and deposited on December 28th. We automatically deposit at 5000 or more pending Credits. From our FAQ:

    What are Rewards Credits and how can I use them?

    Rewards Credits are a way of keeping track of the funds you earn through Xbox Live Rewards. Once you accumulate 5,000 Credits or more, they will be converted into your country's local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account. Then, you can head
    over to the Xbox Store to purchase your favorite games, TV shows, movies, and much more!

    You can review this deposit of currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/). It will be listed as a refund with a negative amount, since we are adding funds to your Microsoft Account.
