50,000 points not been credited

Discus and support 50,000 points not been credited in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I purchased my 1tb Xbox One S online from the Microsoft store on the 14th December.     I purchased my 1tb Xbox One S online from the Microsoft store on the 14th December. No points shown as pending and none awarded on my rewards account...where are they?

    Missing rewards credits

    I upgraded from Xbox One to Xbox One S as part of the 50,000 rewards credits offer, but have still not been credited any points. Can someone help to credit my missing points?

    Xbox Rewards Points GPB Conversion

    Support will check into it, but per the program's FAQ, 5,000 credits is equal to £3. So 50,000 should be £30.

    It does sound as though you had some credits deposited, but your 50,000 may not have been part of that yet.

    The 50,000 Credit Console Upgrade offers were only for select members. Since you registered after the offer began in October, it would not have been possible for you to be selected for either of the 50,000 Credit offers. You were awarded the default offer
    of 30,000 Credits.

    Only select members were chosen for the 50,000 Credit offers. Since you were not selected for those offers, you received the default value of 30,000 Credits. If you had been selected for a 50,000 Credit offer, your mission page for that offer would have
    displayed a code for free expedited shipping.

    Haven't received my Rewards

    The 50,000 credit offer for purchasing a console ended on December 31, 2016. So if you purchased it in February, it would not have been eligible for credits.
