    50,000 points for upgrading to xbox one s missing.


    ON the reward page there are a couple of offers for upgrading to the xbox one s. The offer is for 50,000 points to be received within 15 days of the purchase. I purchased the gears of war 500gb bundle on the 23rd of November and have yet to receive the 50,000
    points. I have signed into the console, set it as my home console and have been playing regularly. This is the first xbox one s I have purchased and the only one I have signed on to. I believe that was a requirement. I have an order number should you need
    proof of my purchase. Thank you in advance for the assistance.

    For some reason it isnt letting me edit my post so I will post this here. The bundle I purchased was the GOW 4 500gb xbox one s bundle. Thank you.

    Missing 20,000 points

    When I upgraded from my Xbox one to Xbox one s I was supposed to get 50,000 rewards points. I was only rewarded 30,000 points which was offered for upgrading from xbox to xbox one. I am missing 20,000 points.

    When I upgraded from my xbox one to xbox one s I was supposed to receive 50,000 points. I only received 30,000 rewards points.

    The promotion was in November 2016 for upgrading to xbox one s.

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.

    The Credits were placed as pending into your account yesterday, which is within the expected 15 days. You may wish to check your MyStatement on your MyRewards page, where the Credits are displayed as pending. They should be converted and deposited into your
    account with the end of month deposit.

    There were two offers running at that time for upgrading. The 50,000 credit offer was only sent to certain members and was not available to everyone. If you did not receive the specific email, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. If I remember
    right, the 50,000 were for upgrading from a 360 to a One S.
    I received the offer for upgrading from an xbox one to a xbox one s. I even spoke to someone before I purchased the xbox one s to confirm how the promotion worked. I upgraded my xbox one to an xbox one s and should have received 50,000.
