5 Stars VIP Offer

Hello!

Yesterday i recieved an email from you guys that said if i spent at least 1225 NOK in the xbox store, i would recieve my last star for full VIP arrangement. Well i did, but after spending all that money and a little extra i went for a better look at the
details. Should probably done that first, but never the less. I see it doesent count for pre-ordering games, i pre-ordered "For Honor" release 13th of feb. So my question to you guys is, do i need to cancel the pre-ordering (get my money back) and buy the
game after release since the 5 star vip offer ends 28th of feb. So i guess i do have time, but the best thing for both parts is if we can pass all the hassle by doing it the hard way and just do it the easy way(let the pre-order count this time).

I didn't get any Credits

I build up my VIP and did what it says and it doesn't look right. I didn't got any credits or any VIP stars. What i done to build my credit and VIP wasn't reconsidered and therefore wasn't updates for a while and so based on what i checked Xbox live reward
should give me 5 VIP stars and reward credits based on the VIP stars and a lot of reward credits you forgot to apply. At least 250,000 reward credits must be added for Reward team update i

The forum you posted in is the Reward Program Discussion forum. It is not monitored by the staff. If you have not already, you need to re-post your topic but change the Forum Type to "Support" then they will be able to assist you.

Once you do that, keep in mind it takes 1-2 business days for the staff to reply and they only work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST. They do not work weekends.
