    $5 promo for $15 Gift Card


    I uploaded 3 (three) receipts with unique codes each on May 31st. The promo was obviously still up (because I couldn't have submitted or received codes), the codes were unique, the promo was still going on. Now it's almost two weeks later and still
    no credit codes. What's going on??? I bought $45 worth of gift cards because of this promotion!! I still have my receipts with the "unique" numbers written across top if that will help research.

    $5 Promo Gift Card For $15 Xbox Gift Card Purchase

    I purchased ten (10) $15 dollar Xbox gift cards from Best Buy 5/24/2014. I was given one (1) receipt and uploaded the receipt showing ALL ten (10) $15 Xbox gift cards totaling $150, which can be see in the upload. This morning I only received one (1) $5
    promo code. I should have received ten (10) $5 promo code since you can visual see the ten $15 Xbox gift cards.

    How do i go about getting this corrected?

    By corrected, I mean getting the additional nine (9) $5 promo codes for the nine (9) other $15 Xbox Live cards.

    Hey there d20Dark  promo for  Gift Card :)



    I know you say that you redeemed the code on the 31st May, but can you recall doing it prior to 9pm PT? That was when the promo ended. If so, then my advice would be to wait just a few more days. I know you have already waited a good while but seeing as
    many others are experiencing the same issue, it may just be down to a slight delay. I would wait till Friday and if you haven't received anything by then, then please post back here.

    I redeemed all 3 cards back to back (because it said "add another receipt?") around 1pm. And the promo hadn't ended because the link was still up. Anybody who was ABLE to upload should be given the credits- after 9pm or not. If it was possible to do it,
    it should possible to set things right by them. But as I said, mine was around 1pm EST.

    It may well of been closed on the 9pm mark. I didn't see the promo myself so I am just checking all basis. Still, I would give it a few more days and hopefully they come through by then.

  7. They are saying a time issue to me as well . They are not even bothering to check receipt servers or whever our uploads went. This is very disappointing and beneath the level of Xbox Support that I remember.

    I uploaded 6 receipts and have not received a single one. I received the same "the promo is over response" from that scam of a company that is for some reason handling the customer service for this promo. What's the deal?

  10. I've now used the 'contact us' form within the FAQ 5 times, and though the site promises we'll have a contact within 3 days (much like how codes were supposed to arrive within about 3 days), I've yet to receive a single response to ANY of my questions submitted.
    This is getting tiring, and is the exact behavior I'd expect from HelloWorld (aka ePrize) based upon numerous problems in the past.

  11. This is my 7th inquiry to ePrize where my $5 gift-card codes are ... I submitted 10 receipts on May 31st (all before 8pm PDT), and was told on June 10th that 8 receipts were read and credited on June 1st. I was then told by ePrize on June 12th that there
    was a technical issue, and that I should see my codes within 24 hours. I was then told by ePrize on June 17th that there was a technical problem, and that I should see my codes within 24 hours. It's now June 22nd, and I've received NO email to my Hotmail
    address (and nothing in my spam/junk folder) from ePrize, other than these canned responses. So I'll ask again ... what is the status for generating the correct number of $5 gift-card codes for me ... which is 10?

    I'm very disappointed in MS and Xbox. I did get the ePrize name on one of the emails, but this is Microsoft and Xbox's reputation on the line. I'm still owed $10 and that REALLY makes me angry that they make us jump through all these damn hoops to get a
    promotion that THEY'RE advertising. What would have been more simple? I redeemed a code on my Xbox One for $15.... get $5 in additional credit. BOOM. DONE. But we had to buy the cards- log onto a website- get a long number and write it down across our receipt-
    take a picture of that receipt- upload it to the computer- upload it to the site. All that complicated, time wasted nonsense so that when we're done, we get to NOT get the promised $5??? This is humiliating that we all jump through all these damn hoops for
    money we don't end up getting! I could have just bought the damn credits directly from my Xbox and NOT have had to go through all that nonsense!!! I'm VERY aggravated with Microsoft right now- REALLY disappointed!
