    No code for $5 promo Xbox live gift card for a digital purchase

    I've purchased a $20 digital Xbox live gift card. I've done the promotional $5 gift card. here's the link https://xbox.promo.eprize.com/getthemost/ I've done everything correctly and
    it said I would get a code in 3-4 days. it's been 6 as of 5/3/2014 and still no code. I'm asking for a new $5 code.

    Those codes are sent out at random and to different accounts for different reasons. There's no way to know why one person gets one and another doesn't.

    You can't use funds from gift cards towards gold.

    I'm getting the same issue: £5 gift code on an Xbox Live 12 month pack, my country code and language are UK and English. Accepted all the other codes off the pack except the £5 gift where it complains about the code not matching the location. I bought
    the starter pack 2 miles away in one of the biggest supermarket chains in the UK!
