$5 Gift Card

So I talked to someone in the chat support area and was told to take the problem in having to the forum for General Sales and Promotions then there someone from staff told me to come here. I received a code for a $5 gift card on xbox that would expire on
November 30th so I used it 2 days later (received November 6th) and I never got the $5 to my account. In my recent purchases I haven't bought anything with money since before I used the code and in it the thing also said refunded. The code was sent by Xbox
to the account I'm posting this with.

Hi Xbox.

I'm an Italian guy who is about to get into the game by opening up a company.

I would like to specialize in selling gift cards. Most importantly, there are the Xboxlive Gift Cards.

I would like more information on prices. The funds I do not miss so my purchases would always be for tens of thousands

of euro but I would like to understand a little better that margins are there.

Specifically, I'm interested in small cuts in both EUR and $.

Can't use $5 gift card reward

Hi;

Xbox live sent me $5 gift card like 15 days ago. I live in Turkey so our currency is Turkish lira. I can't use dollar on my Xbox as you know mate. So can we exchange dat $5 gift card to Turkish lira gift card?

 

On the same webpage (account.microsoft.com) you should see a Microsoft balance dollar amount on the left of the page. That is where you will see the $5 deposited. I got the same message and that is where mine showed up. Can you check there and report back?

Hi Darkhawk Ninja. Unfortunately, we are not able to help you since the gift card was not from Xbox Live Rewards and we can't see why your code redemption didn't work. We do see that a token for $5 was redeemed on the 8th, but can't investigate whether it
made it to your Microsoft account or not. We do see that we made a deposit to your account for $5 on the same date, so the other support team may have confused that with the problem being with us. You need to reach out to Microsoft Support again. Sorry to
