5 EUR code problem

Hello when i bought a 3 months subscription of xbox live gold they gave me the 5 eur code but when i try to use it my xbox gives me this error:

I'm an Italian guy who is about to get into the game by opening up a company.

I would like to specialize in selling gift cards. Most importantly, there are the Xboxlive Gift Cards.

I would like more information on prices. The funds I do not miss so my purchases would always be for tens of thousands

of euro but I would like to understand a little better that margins are there.

That erroro code usually means the code has expired. Was this code from an Xbox promotion or from a retailer?

 

This code was from retailer. I also was discussing about that online on xbox site and they told me the code is right and to make thread here. I can paste this code here if needed.

 

Don't post your code here, these are public forums so anyone can still it. Most likely you will have to try contacting the retailer for an exchange since that was not a from an Xbox promotion, but support will verify here.

something went wrong try again or give us the code on our site xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate this (I tried to translate it bcs i got this error in Polish) and it gives me this code

Thanks for giving that a try. After taking a second peek into the code you sent my way it appears that it's expired, apologies for the confusion. I recommend reaching out to the retailer you received it from, as there isn't a way to re-activate an expired
