    This is DAY 5 that I can't play because of those D..n commercials they don't load and when the commercial must start the game shut down, F I X it I do not PAY for a game that doesn't work good, because it is a great game, but who says that when i pay, i
    do not have any problems.

    Jigsaw Puzzle not loading

    On the July 6th Daily Challenge the third puzzle will not complete downloading,it gets stuck. I did the rest of the days puzzles and also all of July 7th with no problem..

    Daily Jigjaw Jammers are not loading

    For the past few days the daily Jigjaw Jammer puzzles have not been loading. They start the load, but the bar stops about a quarter away from the start and they won't finish loading. I can still load Jigjaw Jammer puzzles from earlier days, prior to the
    6th of April, and all other daily puzzles load. Please fix it so that I can complete all the daily puzzles. Thank you.

    Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with Microsoft Jigsaw. Please try the troubleshooting steps on this page HERE and let us know if it helps. Sometimes something
    as simple as reinstalling the game will fix an issue like this.

    More information: In Daily Challenges, the first puzzle I try to solve does not award me the blue ribbon. I have to solve it a second time or solve one of the other two puzzles. Also, sometimes I am seeing five Daily Challenge puzzles instead of three. It changes to three when I go to a puzzle and return to Daily Challenges. Perhaps this is what's causing the problem I reported.

    Doing puzzles with no slow downs.

    Of course, you can't do Daily Challenges, just Classic and Jam.

    Marathon Achievement Still Not Working

    You just need to complete 1 puzzle every day to get that. However if you skipped a day and come back next day, even if you complete 10 puzzles that day (5 for the current day and 5 for the previous day), the streak is lost and you will have to restart another
    one.
