5,500 credits but no deposition

It sounds like you may be unfamiliar with how deposits from our program work. We have a FAQ entry that covers Vault Credits that may help clear up any confusion:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

If you navigate over to your "MyRewards" page, and look at your Mystatement section, you will see all your current pending (un-deposited) Credits by default. There you will see that you only had the 5000 Credits required to trigger an automatic deposit on
May 24th. Therefore, as stated in the FAQ above, you can expect your deposit "on or around the 15th of the next month", which would be June 15th. Note that the FAQ says "on or around", which means that while the deposit should occur by the 15th at the latest,
it may also occur before that date.

If you got to 5,000 pending before the 15th, they should be deposited tomorrow. If you got to 5,000 after the 15th, they would be scheduled to deposit in June.

At 5000 or more pending Credits, we automatically schedule your account for a deposit. After your first time purchase and survey on April 10th, you were at 5,500 Credits (108 MXN), and therefore scheduled for a deposit. You received this deposit on April
26th. You can review all this Credit and Deposit activity on your Rewards account from the MyRewards page. You can also view the deposit as spendable currency in your Microsoft Account from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/),
where it will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

Lifetime credits earned is the total number of credits you have earned since joining the program. It includes credits that are pending as well as any that have already been deposited. If you're showing you have 0 pending credits, then they have already been
deposited into your account for use. You can view your statement on the MyRewards section of the site and it will list when any deposits took place. You can verify deposits by checking your returns at http://commerce.microsoft.com

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit event was on the 6th, it will be included with the end of month deposit. The request a deposit button is just for requesting deposits before the automatic deposit amount of 5000 pending Credits.
