5,000 RoboRewards "C: \ LAUNCH" points

To Whom It May Concern:

I haven't seen the 5,000 RoboRewards "C: \ LAUNCH" points credit to my account yet. I would like to get confirmation for them, as the RoboRewards promotion ends tomorrow night. Please advise. Thank you.

Missing Points for “C: \ COMPLETE”

Hi Support,

I completed the 'RoboRewards' in the first half of the month and in my account it shows all complete however I have not received the 2000 points for C: \ COMPLETE. I can see the points for all other stages in my history but not this one. I have waited some
time now to allow it update on it's own but it doesn't appear to be happening.

was recore the only game you purchased for that offer? In order to qualify for level 1 and unlock the achievement offer, you had to purchase $59.99 worth of eligible games/movies. Recore would not have been enough on its own for that offer.

Purchases can take up to 96 hours to be processed. Since your purchases were made recently, they have not yet been processed and awarded. This processing can occur even after the offer has ended, so the end date for the offer will not have an effect on your
Rewarding. If you do not see a progress increase by 4 days after your purchase, let us know with a new post and we will investigate. If necessary we can manually adjust your account for completion of the offer, but at this point we do not see an issue with
your purchases.

As Smwutches says, in order to be eligible for the achievement portion of the offer, you must have completed the purchase portion of the offer first. Since we only track and Reward achievements from games that have completed the purchase portion of the offer,
you did not receive Credits for your achievements, since you did not complete the purchase portion of the offer.

We do not award for previous purchases before the offer. The tracking of your previous purchases is just to show you what titles you had beforehand in that TV/Movie series, and does not award Credits. We are currently investigating an issue correctly tracking
these previous purchases, but it should not affect your Rewarding for any new purchases. Apologies for the confusion!

I had my account hacked recently, 2 transaction of 5,000 and 6,000 points respectively were made. thankfully the MS fraud detection system kicked in and locked my account down and refunded the 5,000 points automatically. I rang the phone support line here
in the UK and spoke to a chap called Greg who was very helpfful. he has launched an unathourised access investigation into the 5,000 points which could take a month to complete but the whole process is very simple and straight forward.
