    Missing gamerscore all of a sudden.

    Check http://enforcement.xbox.com to make sure you haven't been given a gamerscore reset. If you haven't, then it's just a glitch that will fix itself.

    Hello,

    I logged in to my account on my xbox one on March 9-2018 and noticed nearly 40.000 gamerscore missing.

    After chatting with the xbox experts and following the given steps, my gamerscore still isn't updated. The xbox expert told me to post this issue on the forums.

    Whenever i click on all achievements from the homescreen alot of my completed games show 0/1000. when i click on the games it shows 1000/1000. Some games do show the correct 1000/1000 tho.

    My total achievementscore is 50457 and should be close to, or over 90.000. This explains the 0/1000 - 1000/1000 issue.

    Reward points didn't deposit when they were supposed to.

    That's why they're listed as credits and not points. Since the point system is over that's what they went to. Per the program's FAQ 5,000 credits is equal to $5.00

    Automatic Refunds Due to Gold

    You should be able to verify this at https://account.microsoft.com by signing in, then going to Payment & Billing then Order History. All purchases, credits, etc. will show up here. I would guess that the $5.00
    credit was for some other action and not a refund for a game.
