4K Enhancements X1XE: FALSE / TRUE

Is there a supported site that can confirm which games have 4k content patches released?

Aside from the filter in 'My Games and Apps' that displays a list of games with the enhancements downloaded, I've read that you can confirm by selecting the game in question and press the 'LB+RB+Start+Select' (or whatever the buttons are called now) to bring
up a raw data section that shows whether or not the content is installed/updated yet. If it shows 'X1XE:False' then it hasn't been downloaded, and alternatively 'X1XE:TRUE' then it's got the enhanced patch applied.

It'd be nice to have a single location that Microsoft can put out a list of games with confirmed released patches that way I'm not assuming the patch just hasn't been released by the developer yet. I was using "Xbox One Games | Xbox"
as a guideline, but that seems to be a marketing ploy to convince people it's worth it to shell out the $500 for the new console.

Really confused at this point because there are people comparing COD WW2 on one x to the one s and saying it's an amazing difference. Don't know if that's a placebo affect or if I just need to keep waiting for the patch to pull on my system.

It'd be really helpful if someone can confirm they have the COD WW2 patch with the above mentioned X1XE: TRUE method to prove it so I don't feel like I'm losing it.

So it seems as though Phil Spencer's constant talk of "true 4k" isn't so true after all. Destiny nor Assassins Creed will run at 4k. Surely he can be held accountable for false/misleading advertisment?
