    4K At 60FPS


    Why are games devs saying the Series X struggles to produce 1440p at 60FPS? Devs for Valhalla say it struggles at 1440p even. How? Why? Do the devs not know the hardware? Do they not have experience with it? What is the issue? Can series X really do native 4K at 60FPS ''simultaniously''? Or is it just a 1440p machine in reality?

    The youtube titles say 4k/60fps but in the video they say only 30fps on console, the only way your gonna get 4k/60fps is on pc with ultra settings applied.

    I saw it has HDMI 2.0B thingy on this site.

    If say you connect an Xbox One X to your 4K HDTV, you should still be able to:

    1. Download the YouTube and Netflix apps, onto your Xbox One X, and still be able to watch in 4k 60fps?

    2. Use Xbox One X 4k Blu-ray player to watch 4k Blu-ray disc movies in 4k 60fps?

    3. Play games on Xbox One X, in 4k 60fps?

    Games running 60fps

    most games on the x run at 30fps with checkerboard or dynamic 4k not true 4k, the odd game like forza can do checkerboard 4k and 60fps but thats it, some games give you the option to run at 60fps with reduced resolution. the x hardware is not that powerful.

    Well if you want talk in that area. The PC have win this generation. It can do 60FPS on 4K. But set up is too costly. This Gen of console are out dated in that area. Because they can't do 4k@60FPS.

    Beyond a joke.

    The PS4 is tapped out. It is physically impossible for it to run above 1080p 60fps, even upscaled. This is due to a 1080p only HDMI. The Xbox One could on a retail AAA output 1080p upscaled to 4K at 30fps (data cap on HDMI prevents 60fps unless a new HDMI
    cable was issued to allow 4K 60fps). It could also on a small indie/arcade title output 4K Native 30fps (60 with new HDMI).
