Thanks for the swift update with your reply. As your console's HDMI connection isn't being recognized despite using a different TV and HDMI cable, if you've been able to have devices recognized by that same HDMI port on the TVs & the alternate HDMI cable,
then this leaves the HDMI port on the console itself as the culprit in this situation. Somehow the HDMI port on the console has been damaged and this means that your console needs servicing/repair.

You can set up the repair of the console yourself online (Getting your Xbox console serviced) or if you wish you can have
an Xbox Advocate do so for you by either chat or phone.

Try this:

• Log into Support.Xbox.com
  
• Scroll down, Click on
  Contact Us
  
• Step 2 : Select a Category, then See other options
  
• Step 3 : Select your Issue/Topic – warranty, service & repair
  
  • Select - Show contact options
    
  • Select – Call me back or chat with Xbox Support
    

If you do not see the selection that you wish to use for contact, then switch topics until it becomes available.
