Hey there Psycho, based on the website it states that your only option is to have them contact you when non-functioning device is returned.

Nonetheless, if your xbox is unexpectedly turning off, here a few additional thoughts:

• Is it warm when it shuts down? It's possible the console is overheating due to improper ventilation. If you store the console inside of an entertainment center, take it out and try and see if this improves your experience.
  
• It could be the power supply. You can purchase a new power supply and try and see if it fixes your problem. This fixed mine.
• Make sure in your console settings you don't have it set to turn off automatically (Press the Xbox button > System > Settings > Powers > Turn off or restart

I've troubleshooted it in the past when it first happened. It has proper ventilation wide open not tucked away in a cabinet, and not smushed against the wall so it cant vent (early 360 gamestop issue). It was a hardware related issue. repaired enough 360s
to recognize it. not sure what chip but as soon as it happened shipped the sucker off to Texas. Best I can describe it as graphical artifacts, random block graphics on the screen, green magenta and black. started in a game then worked its way into the dashboard.
Similar to the hdmi going on the 360 if you are familiar with that. Obviously I was just pisssed that 2month and i had a 400 dollar paperweight, and since it was under warranty didn't crack it open myself.

In the end took a drive to the MicroSoft store and they swapped the console out for me. So whilst I wait for my3.6 gig update with my fingers crossed it was a random hardware defect.

Thank you for the reply, I was able to get the V.A. to offer me the option to get a call after asking me if I wanted to block a person on Xbox live three times, and if I wanted to purchase, Hello Neighbor. I understand that there are things that people can
do for regular problems, but the fact I just got repaired and shipped back, plugged it in and re-downloaded my games from game pass is extremely irritating.

I went to the support right away to look for a number to contact the Repair department. No option for contacting, emailing, calling readily available without jumping through hoops. Wonder how the tech support for Windows is nowadays?

I know that you aren't responsible for the company's practices, and you deal with this on a daily basis, more than likely.
