    40% off Live promotion won't display on home screen


    I have been unable to click on the Xbox Live 40% promotion on one of my Live accounts due to the fact that it will never come up on the home screen. If I switch to another account, it shows up immediately, but when I switch back to my main's home screen,
    it goes away again in favor of the plants vs zombies promotion. I have tried switching to a different Xbox, signing in several accounts at once and switching back to the home screen to hope it might show up, all to no avail.

    I'm about to call MS about this as I don't know how much longer the 40% promotion will last but the whole time it has been up on my secondary accounts or even my brother's account it will never come up when I sign in with my main.

    Anything that will get the dumb game promo to go away or force the 40% Live promo to show?

    XBOX Live promotion for $3.99/month disappears after activating free month offer

    Just got a XBOX 360 & saw that there was a "Black Friday" promotion when I activated the console. It was under the "Home" screen & showed XBOX Live promotion for $3.99/month ($40/year). Wanted to take advantage of it but it disappeared once I activated my
    free one month trial. Any way to make it come back under the "Home" screen or access the promotion via the web? If I go under my account, I now see the XBOX Live subscription at $60/year. Contacted support about this & was told that there is no way to bring
    back the offer.

    40% off Live promotion won't display on home screen

    If this account is the one that doesn't see the offer, it's probably that they are only offering the discount to a Free account, not one that currently has Gold.

    The account that shows the promotion, is it a silver account by chance?

    Most if the time the discounted gold promotions are only offered to silver accounts as an incentive to have them go gold.

    are you referring to the 12 month subscription for $39.99?

    If so you can purchase that at microsoftstore.com as a prepaid code delivered via email when you choose "download" method of delivery during the purchase.
