40% off 3 months of gold + gta v bullshark card

I was wondering when i would get the gta cash because i havent yet received it and ive had the promotional sales screw up several times and never receive actually what it says and all that i ever get told from customer support is that they cant help its
not on there end and they say to call someone else and it just goes around from there so i was wanting to know if anyone else did the promotion and actually got theres and about how long did it take.

I saw the same promotion and bought the 3month gold membership but not never got the gta cash as well, i contacted Microsoft and they were no help

 

The promotion was on the Xbox one home screen, I purchased it on July 12th i checked the promotions terms and it said that the code would be delivered to my Xbox message center on the 31st of July and I still haven't got it and all the rude microsoft support
staff member would say is I should have just bought the year membership instead of being cheap and paying for the 3 months which at this point has deterred me from ever buying another microsoft product and I've been a Microsoft customer since the very first
xbox came out

 

I'm right there with you the Microsoft support staff were very rude when I spoke to them and I no longwe will purchase another thing from Microsoft due to there rude support team
