FH Error Codes and What They Mean

FH202 error: Graphics card has less than 2Gb of VRAM.

FH401 error: Insufficient system memory, Forza Horizon 4 requires at least 8Gb of memory.

Compare your laptop's specs with the minimum requirements and see what needs to be upgraded.

Try highlighting the game from the dashboard and press the Start button on the controller. Select Manage Game then go to Ready to Install. Any content that is available to the game would be available to download
there.

• What digital content did you purchase? (Forza Horizon Standard Edition, Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition)
• What device are you using? (Xbox One, Windows 10)
• Do you have an active
  Xbox Live Gold Subscription?

I would recommend to try this Xbox one troubleshooting for
Multiplayer Connection test on Xbox One.

If the error message is on Windows 10 PC, please try
