    Hello I was told to post here by Xbox Support concerning this issue, if needed I can provide proof of purchase, but I can't do that by the public forum for the sake of security issues. I pre-ordered Gears Of War 4 Standard Edition on July 4th 2016. At least
    from all the ad's I have seen is that if you pre-order Gears Of War 4 you will receive codes for the 4 original Gears Of War titles for Xbox One backward compatibility. This was the main reason why I preordered the game, anyways when can I expect to see them?

    I have 2 questions. Can you purchase the Gears of War 4 season pass after pre-orderering/purchasing the game? If not, how do I refund a purchase, the Gears of War 4 game, and purchase the Ultimate Edition Gears of War 4 that includes the season pass?

    I pre ordered gears of war 4 in September. I was billed a few days before release. I never received the promotion code for the original gears of war games

    At this time they don't have any news to share regarding distribution of codes for pre-ordering Gears of War 4. It is best to keep an eye on the

    Official Gears of War website     for further information as it will be shared there closer to the launch of the game.

    Gears of War:Ultimate Edition is a stand alone game. It is the remastered version of the first Gears of War game. It does not include the other 4 games. The other 4 games are the original 360 versions and were included in 2 different promotions. You would
    receive codes for the 4 games if you either purchased and played Gears of War Ultimate by December 31, 2015 (the promotion you linked) or if you preordered Gears of War 4 (which would not include the Ultimate Edition).
