    4 digit parental code


    So I have a Xbox 360 that I am trying to sell and I have forgotten the 4 digit Parental code for and it is not registered on my Microsoft account. I need a way to remedy this so that I can reset the Xbox to factory settings. Please help.

    How do i deblocking parents control???

    Is it a parental password that you have to enter or is it a 4 digit pass code that shows up on the console ?

    If its the password you will be to speak to the parent of the email account.

    If its the 4 digit console pass code then you will need to contact Xbox support

    If you have forgotten your pass code for your Xbox 360, you can reset it by answering the pass code question you created when you set up parental controls.

    If you don’t remember your pass code question or don’t know the pass code for your Xbox 360, you can reset the pass code online.

    You must meet the following criteria to be able to reset your pass code online:

    1.- Your Microsoft account must be an adult account.

    2.- The console must be registered in your name.

    Sign in to your Microsoft account and go to the Devices tab.

    https://account.microsoft.com/devices

    Locate your registered Xbox 360 console and select Show Details. If it's not registered you can register it

    Select Manage, select Reset passcode, and then follow the instructions to reset your pass code.

    If you are talking about the 4 digit code to access the parental controls, you will need to contact support to get that straightened out.
