4 day gamerpic suspension has restricted me from everything except changing my gamerpic

The procedure for changing Gamerpics is here :

The only restrictions mentioned are that a child's account cannot use a custom Gamerpic. There are no restrictions on how often you can change the Pic.

"Once you change your gamerpic on the One, you cannot change it back to one from the 360."

Then why are you not WARNED of this fact before you make any changes to your 'gamerpic'?

"Gamerpics don't actually transfer between the two consoles."

Then why was my Halo 4 'gamerpic' displayed on my Xbox-One in the first place? Indeed, it seem that my 'Crawler' avatar that came with my Halo 4 Xbox-360 transferred to my Xbox-One.... Or will Microsoft take that away from me too?

There needs to be actual guidelines on gamerpic restrictions. They can't keep leaving it to the whim of the enforcement team. I've had non offensive gamerpic rejected then got my account restricted then changed my gamerpic to exact same image and it will
pass the next time. It's just insanely irritating.

Now there restricting people's accounts, I can't even change my gamerpic and it's doing my head in.

nobody available to talk to about this so looks like I'm stuck with it...

There's a notification about gamerpics on the contact page. https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us Changing custom gamerpics has been temporarily disabled for everyone.
It's not account specific.

Dosen't look inappropriate at all to me and that would make me mad too if my Gamerpic was changed and I got a suspension with no explanation of what I did wrong or what was wrong with my Gamerpic that made it supposedly inappropriate.
