    this is my 3rd post, cannot find the 2nd post. AGAIN was 99 percent to 5th star and less then 4 dollars away. spent close to 100 dollars all before even the last week of december, was told would get a follow up or pm but am getting neither, please look at
    my account to verify for yourself and correct the problem, good day.

    Our family console has been banned. As it is my children (10 and 12 years old) that mostly use the console, I'd like to know what alleged violation of policy they have committed. If I don't know, how can I, as a parent, prevent future violations? The

    I plan to keep contacting MS customer service and this forum until I receive a response.

    The console that was banned is associated with the following game tag: XX, hopefully there is a business professional with an appropriate sense of compassion on the receiving end of this forum. Thank you.

    Sorry but this forum will not get you an answer, its made up of community members, moderators and support personnel, the only persons that can help with bannings of any nature are the Enforcement Team (XBLPET)

    I would try a hard reset of your console. Just hold the power button for ~10 seconds until it forces off. A hard reset will clear the cache, which may help as cache errors will often mess with your account. After the hard reset I would recommend deleting
    your profile and redownloading it; I know you did that already but it does make a difference if you try it after clearing the cache through a hard reset.

    You should contact Official Xbox Support directly if that doesn't fix the tenure error; often on the forums it can be hard to get Official Support to fix this kind of stuff. You can chat or call them through this page on xbox.com: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us



    Sorry to hear that your tenure is messed up and I hope I helped. I actually had a problem with this about a year ago and learned clearing my cache on Xbox 360 then redownloading my account fixed it.
