    3rd party controller not recognized by xbox app


    I've been trying to play guilty gear on my pc but the game won't recognize RAC-j503b controller. Guilty Gear is downloaded on my computer but when I tried mortal kombat 11 through cloud gaming it still didn't work. The controller doesn't work with a regular xbox but has worked with other games on my pc. When I use my turtle beach wired xbox controller on an xbox & my pc it works but when it's something downloaded through the xbox app it doesn't work (cloud gaming works with it though).

    Edit: forgot to post this but this shows that the controller is seen by windows.

    I didn't word it well in my post but the issue is that the controller doesn't work with a game I have downloaded on my pc, it's not a big deal if it doesn't work with cloud play.

    It's a 3rd party controller, so it's not going to be recognized by the Xbox Accessories app. As for the games, they should work, but you might want to check the PowerA website to contact the manufacturers so they can help with the issue.

    Sorry to hear it. The controller may be licensed by Xbox but, being Mad Catz, it is still a 3rd party controller and this could be the reason that Windows 10 does not recognize it. Also, be aware that Windows 10 is still new and more than likely does not
    have all the authorized 3rd party peripherals added yet.

    Nicrosoft rechargable batteries has a microchip that recognize if the product it is install on is a microsoft product or a 3rd party and won't work for 3rd parties accesories.
