    How do I report or get help with a 3rd party app I purchased through the Microsoft store? It isnt giving me what I paid for. I have submitted tickets and called for help and the issues just keep coming with this provider. Im not sure if there is anything Microsoft can do to kick them in the pants to get them to fix the issue but Im not getting what I paid for through the Microsoft store. This is an app with Xbox crossplay so Im also not sure if I have this posted in the right spot but I didnt see Windows store apps or whatever as an option and it is downloaded as an Xbox One app.

    Yes but that has nothing to do with 3rd party apps. You cannot explicitly "add" an app anymore. And it's clear there is supposed to be a setting for allowing 3rd party apps but that setting has been removed or is not obvious anywhere.

    Sorry to hear of this bad experience but what exactly seems to be the issue here? Have you filed a complaint on the user with the steps listed
