    3mth game pass code expired


    I have received a 3mth Xbox game pass code from Xbox rewards on 1st June. Went to redeem and it said expired. Xbox support has sent me here to request a new code. Can anyone from the team help please?

    3mth game pass code expired

    I received a 3mth Xbox game pass code from Xbox rewards on 1st June. Went to redeem and it said expired. Spoke to Xbox support they gave me ticket number 1428686065

    They said I will need a new code sent to me and sent me here for help.

    You would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum in order for Rewards support to look into it for you.

    Reference numbers are only used by phone/chat support, so forum support will not have access to that information.

    Hi,

    the codes for subs expire after 12 months.

    I used the sale to get Game pass Ultimate and it shows 2025 - 1 as expiring date for the code.

    I had to wait 1.5 weeks for someone named Nicole to fix the issue. I ended up getting 3mth gold code & dead rising 3 code for free for the problem. the 3 mth code was for my troubles & the dead rising 3 code was because they wanted to see if it would
    let me download a game with a code.
