360 upgrade code doesn't work in region

I received a code for the 360 upgrade MyMission. Free Expedited shipping, game and 50k rewards points if I upgrade to Xbox One and buy from the Microsoft Store.

The problem I'm having is the code I received only works @ the US Microsoft Store. With my recent region change, I need for a code that'll work in the Microsoft Canada Store.

I contacted via @XboxLiveRewards Twitter and was told the offer was only avail for UK, US and PR. But the page itself states that Canada and several other countries where also available to take place. It also say such in the T&C. (Pic included with code
blocked out.)

The game doesn't work for my console xbox 360 because the local region code isn't suitibule for my console srry for my spelling

 

Xbox Live canceled with region switch?

Because if you used a prepaid code they are region locked

Not all subscriptions transfer over

Do you actually live in the USA or Brazil

Switching to regions that you do the live in doesn't work for region locked content like 360 games

That code should work for your region. Are you attempting to purchase a pre-order bundle? Any console purchase is eligible for the Credits, but the expedited shipping code only works on non-pre-order consoles.

 

When trying to use the code @ the subtotal screen, on the MS store Canada, it's says the code: 2m-----h isn't valid. But done @ the US MS store, it works fine.

Unfortunately for me, the US Store doesn't ship to Canada.

Not trying to purchase a pre-order bundle. I'm trying to order the GOW:UE bundle.

Thanks for the additional information. Your response confirms our expectations of why this code is failing. Your Rewards Account was created as a US Rewards Account. This means that the code given to your account was US. This is because your Rewards Account
is a separate entity created at the time of your registration, so any region migrations on your Microsoft Account will not be reflected. We are currently following up with some other teams in order to come up with an acceptable resolution.
